Exclusive opportunity for someone to present themselves as a Brand Ambassador at the Head Office of a well-known emerging fashion label based in SOHO. You will be responsible for the delivery of sales targets, stock administration and exceptional customer service in an office-based role.
A Customer Service Assistant strives to fully understand, actively engage with and positively promote the luxury brand ethos in every aspect of their role. This small, creative and growing team requires a confident, computer literate, well-spoken and highly motivated induvial to be the first point of contact to clients in order to offer solutions in a proactive manner. The Brand Ambassador will ensure the most positive & professional representation of the brand at all times in order to achieve targets. Customer facing / sales experience is vital as well as strong English, native or bilingual proficiency.
