We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations / Roadshow Coordinator. You will be working in the Equity Sales team where you will manage and organise all aspects of roadshow and event management including administrative and logistical support. 

We are looking for someone highly organised, articulate and bright who can hit the ground running. It is essential that you have worked in a similar role and have experience with roadshow management and investor relations, within the financial services industry. 

Duties include:

  • Liaising with clients, advisors and internal departments to oversee and organise the smooth running of roadshows and events 
  • Organise and assist with conferences and events 
  • Extensive meeting organisation both internal and external, organising all the catering needs, travel requirements and prepare itineraries 
  • Manage multiple diaries 
  • Print and bind presentations 
  • Produce investor profiles 
  • Manage and update the CRM database 
  • Organise all the logistics for all clients and internal sales team 
  • Prepare agendas and produce minutes 
  • Ad hoc assistance for projects
