Investor Relations / Roadshow Coordinator

Our client, based in the City currently has a new opening for an Investor Relations / Roadshow Coordinator to come in and hit the ground running. You will be part of a small knit team, work well under pressure and to tight deadline.

You will work very closely with internal teams seeing the Roadshows through from start to finish. You will be highly organised, able to juggle and multi-task and deal with last minute changes at the drop of a hat.  

You will be used to dealing with corporate clients and have come from a financial background. Assisting with events and conference organisation.  Arranging meetings internally and externally - providing catering and preparing itineraries.  Management of multiple diaries.  Preparation of presentations.  Producing investor profiles.  Updating the CRM system. Agendas and taking minutes.  Ad-hoc projects. 

Proven experience of investor relation management within financial services is essential for this position.  Strong attention to detail and work well under pressure and keep calm.  Fast learner with an excellent work ethic. Upbeat and positive.  Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
