HR Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in a leading International Communications Company to support 2 of their group companies, one an innovative PR Agency and the other a global Market Research Agency.

You will have built a solid background in HR and be looking for a generalist stand alone position but within a large organisation. You will report to the Group Head of HR and will be supported by 2 HR Assistants/Co-ordinators.

Your duties will be varied and will including all aspects

Managing the Recruitment Process to ensure that the best talent is brought into your businesses.

People Management

Employee Relations

Learning and Development

Policies and procedures.

Compensation and benefits

Legal compliance

Projects and initiatives

Supporting line managers, leading meetings and providing support on HR policies and procedures.

This is an exciting role for a business focus HR professional looking to work in a fast moving, fun and relaxed working environment.

Candidates will have probably have been working as a Senior HR Advisor in a fast moving commercial environment with experience in building effective relationships and providing the HR expertise in all generalist areas. CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential.
