Project Manager for Top Property Company

A Top Property Development Company are looking for a Project Manager to come and join their fast growing team:

• Liaising with Architects, Designers and Structural Engineers
• Running the weekly meetings
• Producing fortnightly valuation documents
• Managing the Health and Safety on project sits
• Cost tracking and pricing

The quotes are meticulously done and contain every fine detail from cement quantity to electrical points so it is absolutely essential you have a mathematical head on your shoulders!  The successful candidate will be very methodical and want to be part of a fun team that is growing very quickly. You must be very organised, self-motivated, presentable and happy using excel and a calculator! As you will be dealing with lots of people and creating quotes, it is crucial that you are confident in the work you create and in the way you communicate. You will be working with a really fun team who most certainly like to work hard and play hard. An interest in property would be very beneficial.  An amazing opportunity with huge potential to grow and learn!
