This is an busy and exciting Office Administrator position based in Langley. We are looking for 2 people who can start immediately. One of the roles is ongoing the other is to work up until the end of October.

Description

Int his role you will be involved in the following:

  • Providing Data Entry support to the team.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Assisting the managers with maintaining agreed department operational procedures and practices.
  • Assisting with providing reports.
  • Sending out information and communication to students.
  • Processing applications.
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties.

Profile

For success in these roles you will need the following:

  • Previous experience gained in an administrative post.
  • Good working knowledge of MS packages including Word and Excel.
  • Good attention to detail.
