Executive Search Researcher - Financial Services - 25-30K, Perm

Our Client is a City based Executive Search consultancy that specialises in assignments within Financial Services.

The primary role of the Executive Search Researcher is to:

• Identify, source, interest and qualify potential candidates for interview by the Consultants, so as to enable high quality shortlists to be presented to clients in the shortest possible time.
• Provide primary and secondary research into the market, target companies and candidates in support of the team converting business development and proposal opportunities.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client and candidate information on the company's database system so as to both facilitate the search process and help convert business development opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assisting Consultants with internal and external primary and secondary research across all aspects of the search process, with increasing exposure to candidate, client and assignment management.
• Using proprietary research techniques, investment research and analytical tools to produce business intelligence and competitor analysis as a key part of the search process.
• Assisting Consultants in the development of search strategies for business development activities, proposals and assignments.
• Identifying, sourcing, interesting and qualifying potential candidates using telephone interviewing techniques.
