PA to International Team
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established and world leading Pharmaceutical company based in wonderful offices in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a new role within the company to join and support a team of forward thinking, successful individuals in their International Team. On a day to day you will ensure the smooth running of European meetings/conferences, organising travel arrangements for the team including hotels and events and liaising with clients to build strong relationships. Additionally, this busy role will see you maintaining international contracts and sponsorships with 3rd parties and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a can-do approach, a sense of humour and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, be self-disciplined and professional. A second language is very desirable for this position.

Salary: up to £35k (dependent on experience).
