An exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator has arisen within a large West End Property Company to become their lynch pin of their smart Headquarters. As the Office Administrator, you will be supporting the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. You will be the first point of contact for all clients so excellent customer service is essential. Your first interaction will be an exemplary representation of the experience they will go on to receive.
 
The role as Office Administrator offers a superb variety of work, including meeting and greeting responsibilities so creating and maintaining a presence that is warm and welcoming. You will be able to work closely with the teams supporting with PA duties diary management, arranging meetings and supporting on marketing. There will be general office responsibilities such as managing stationery orders and preparing office pipelines whilst working closely with the managers to create marketing material.
 
Bright and highly motivated individuals are required, with some office experience, however, they are willing to train the right candidate. The successful candidate will be polished, articulate and highly customer service focused.
 
This is a brilliant role for someone to work in a sociable office who is enthusiastic, highly organised and able to respond positively to challenges whilst thinking on their feet. You will be required to process high volumes of work accurately yet to deadline and prioritise effectively where needed.
