THE COMPANY:
Our client is a prestigious property management agent based onsite at a shopping center, they are looking for a hard working individual to join their team and add value.
THE ROLE:
- Provide a high standard of administrative support and assist the Centre Director in managing his diary.
- Responsible for meeting visitors to the Management Office.
- Dealing with enquiries; providing a professional first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries to the Centre Management Suite.
- Support community initiatives and actively engage with Community Groups.
- Hosting of refreshments to client representatives, tenants and visitors to the Centre.
- Co-ordination of meetings and management of meeting room bookings.
- Taking minutes at the weekly team meetings, compiling and circulating the report.
- Support the Office Manager to enable the smooth running of the office operations.
- Reconciliation of the Petty Cash.
- Maintain database/tenant files/correspondence and associated files for the Centre.
- Support in the compilation of communication by letters and to distribute all incoming mail.
- Compile retail feedback and turnover figures for inclusion in Management reports and produce the final report.
- To support the Marketing Manager with alterations and amendments to the website to ensure the data is accurate and up to date.
- To assist in the organisation, running and management of events and promotions as directed by the Marketing Manager.
- To assist the Marketing Manager with social media planning and uploading content.
- Assisting with the distribution of marketing materials and collateral to tenants.
- Collation of tenant news, centre updates and marketing information in order to create the tenant newsletter.
- Have a good understanding of the company’s Health & Safety policy and the requirements on-site
THE PERSON:
- Proven experience in marketing and administration
- Excellent secretarial skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good presentation and friendly helpful attitude
- Awareness and appreciation of customer care
- Computer literacy (All Microsoft Office packages)
- Can work unsupervised but also work well as a team member
