Customer Service Executive 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hays are excited to be working with this financial advisers based in the Essex area, looking to recruit 6 Customer Service Executives on a 6 month fixed term contract, with the possibility of a permanent position at the end.

Your new role
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for offering an excellent customer experience and service to all of this company's customers and investors whether this is via telephone or any other channel. You will be working in a customer service/call centre environment and will be the first point of contact for any queries. You will be responsible for dealing with this in an efficient and professional manner. You will need to adhere to the regulations of the processes carried out and maintaining efficient notes for all calls made.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. You will need to have experience within a customer focused/customer service role and be confident when speaking to people. You will need to be computer literate and able to maintain efficient notes.
