Iconic Entertainment Station - PA to Head of Agency/Client Sales/Agency Principal/Marketing Co-ord

Our client, one of the world's best-known Entertainment/TV Broadcasters is looking for a PA to join their London operation and provide full administrative support to their Head of Agency & Client Sales and Agency Principal as well as acting as their Commercial Marketing Assistant.  This diverse dual role will see you supporting some of the most important stakeholders in the business, who are extremely busy and key to the smooth every day running of this Global Entertainment giant, as well as assisting with Commercial Marketing duties. Duties will include, but are by no means limited to:

•    Management of Diaries
•    Acting as Gatekeeper and face of company
•    Ensuring all meetings run smoothly and to the best possible productivity level
•    Assist with reports and Presentations when required
•    Arrange all domestic and complex international travel - and everything this entails
•    Processing Department expenses
•    Provide support for the Marketing and Events teams during busy periods
•    Arrange Events and Away days for key stakeholders/clients
•    Build and maintain relationships with Heads of Department and Agency Principals and Sales Teams
•    Solve complex problems and work across ad hoc Projects
•    All administrative tasks requested by other departments
