Global TV Production Company - PA to Factual Director

This global TV Company is currently recruiting a PA to work for the Head of Factual Programming.  They produce a very broad range of programmes and have creative operations in over 30 markets.

They are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious PA to support the Director of Factual.  This is a broad-ranging and exciting role supporting a key stakeholders and member of the Senior Management team.

Key responsibilities:-

• Diary Management
• Providing full PA and secretarial support
• Replying to all incoming correspondence (programme ideas, cv, enquiries)
• Travel co-ordination both within the UK and abroad
• Dealing with invoices and expenses
• Liaising with the legal department ensuring contracts are signed off regularly
• Acting as first point of contact
• Liaising with HR and organising phones/computers/laptops for new starters
• Intermediary between facilities and IT
• Assisting the Runners on reception with admin tasks
• Ad hoc duties when required

The successful PA will:-

• Be a great communicator who networks and builds strong relationships easily
• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Maintain excellent confidentiality and discretion
• Have the ability to multi-task
• Be intermediate/advanced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Be willing to get involved with meetings/development/research
• Have a genuine interest in Factual TV and the TV industry
• Have a great sense of humour and lots of energy
