Our client, a financial services company based in the City have an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join their fast paced HR Team. We are looking for a self-motivated, confident, resilient candidate who works well in a fast paced environment.

You will provide first class support to the Control and Support business functions that include the global Finance, Risk, IT, Operations and Legal teams.

This is a hands on role with exposure to all aspects of Human Resources and responsibility for coordinating all aspects of the Employee Life cycle as well as assisting with project work.

Duties will include:

Employee life-cycle:-

  • Recruitment - liaise with PSL agents, coordinating interviews, issue relevant correspondence, job posting on internal and external job sites and conduct HR interviews
  • Ownership of the on-boarding process for new employees
  • Co-ordination of HR induction for all new starters globally
  • Act as note-taker for HR Support Management
  • Assist with preparing contract change documentation and system updates
  • Assistance with compensation review and bonus letter production
  • Co-ordination and assistance with year-end and mid-year performance reviews
  • Co-ordination of the end to end leaver process
  • Lead and assist with HR Projects that improve and add value to the HR department and wider business
