Administrative Assistant to Company Secretary
30-35K per annum
West End

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assistance with production of reports and presentations
- Board meeting preparation of papers and maintenance of records
- Assisting in compliance with statutory filing and reporting requirements
- Diary management and organisation of meetings
- Data & document management
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal/external queries
- Filing, scanning and general administrative duties
- Ad Hoc tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive with strong time management and organisational skills
- Resilient and resourceful
- Good verbal and written communication skills,
- Able to prioritise workloads
- Confidential and professional
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A multi-faceted role and does some company secretarial duties which this role will assist with
- A couple of years administration experience
- May suit someone who wants to go down the road of company secretary in the future - equally might be a strong Team Assistant, Secretary, office administrator
