Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Trainee Recruitment Consultant urgently required! We are currently recruiting for a trainee recruitment consultant specialising in the placement of high calibre candidates.

Through continued growth and success we are currently in the position to hire a Trainee Consultant to join a fast paced, demanding and accomplished team. You will go through a structured training program to develop you from Trainee Consultant to Consultant.

Through your training you will be involved in a wide range of on the desk remits including:

* Candidate generation through database searching, Internet research and headhunting *
* Candidate management and interviewing *
* Supporting consultants on live roles they are working on *
* Client liaison and management *
* Supporting consultants to prepare for client meetings and attending those meetings where appropriate

You will need to be able to work in a busy and demanding environment, have the aptitude to learn quickly and the motivation and ambition to develop and drive your career forward. Ideally you will be degree educated and have the desire to work in a targeted and sales driven environment. The role offers a competitive salary and package.
