PA to MD and Team Heads - Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised individual to support the Managing Director and Team Heads with secretarial and administrative tasks.

You will need to maintain an extensive knowledge of key clients and global team members and understand the company's aims and objectives.

The MD and Team Heads will often rely on you, trusting that work will be handled efficiently and in absolute confidentiality. You must have meticulous attention to detail, organisation and a good sense of humour.

PA to MD and Team Heads - Key Responsibilities: 

• Extensive diary, email and travel management
• Messages and calls screening
• Document production and filing
• Contacts database management
• Processing expenses and reconciliation 
• Administrative and logistical support for pitches / work projects
• Office management duties e.g. stationery orders and keeping office presentable 
• Onboarding new joiners 
• New business and PR awards support
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and activities

 PA to MD and Team Heads - Key Skills and Experience required:

• At least 4 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant role, ideally in a media agency environment
• Proven track record of supporting board-level Directors
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Absolute discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to truly multi-task whilst keeping all parties up-to-date
• Effective time management and punctuality
• Ability to go ‘above and beyond’ and anticipate future needs and requests
• Compassion and good-naturedness
