We are looking for an exceptional candidate with service desk experience, used to handling large numbers of requests and managing work order processing.

Working for a hugely successful property company with a lovely family feel, this is a wonderful opportunity for a hugely organised customer service professional.  You will be:

  • Managing in coming calls and requests
  • Overseeing the delivery of property maintenance
  • Line managing a team

You will need experience in all the above, be used to dealing with tricky clients and ideally experience within the property industry.  It will suit someone tenacious, confident and hugely organised.
