Our client, a prestigious law firm, are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join there busy team, providing first class facilities service to the staff and partners within the firm.
Duties of the Facilities Assistant will include:
*Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
*Collecting and distributing internal correspondence throughout the business
*Maintenance of stationery levels
*Providing photocopying, scanning, printing and binding support for the legal teams
*Assisting with the preparation and layout of meeting rooms
*Organisation of catering for meetings
*Ad hoc facilities duties as required
*Assisting with the implementation of the health and safety policy
Facilities Assistant - What we're looking for:
*Previous experience as a Facilities Assistant, or an interest in this area, is required
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular a familiarity with using Word and Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*An ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
*A diligent individual with a 'no task is too small' attitude
