Our client, a prestigious law firm, are looking for a Legal Secretary with exposure to Property/Real Estate to join a rapidly growing and successful team.

Working within the Solihull office, your duties as Legal Secretary will include preparing a range of correspondence and documentation, acting as first point of contact for visitors and calls, and using the case management system to process files, managing file opening, closure and archiving.

Additionally, you will be responsible for processing land registry forms, and other legal documentation, undertaking financial administration, managing diaries on behalf of the team, as well as assisting with a range of administrative tasks such as the scanning and photocopying of files.

To secure this role, you will require previous experience as a Legal Secretary, and ideally exposure to working within a Real Estate Property team. Experience of inputting SDLT is essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite will also be required, as will fast and accurate copy typing speeds.
