A well regarded, world class institution in London are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their team. Supporting 2 Managers the role will be a varied generalist HR Assistant position and you have the opportunity to take on ad hoc projects as well as support with database management, assisting review processes, starter/leaver admin, recruitment, L&D etc.
They are looking for someone passionate about HR and with a strong work ethic. Previous experience of using a HR database would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
This is a collaborate work environment and they are looking for someone ambitious, proactive and happy to handle a large workload.
It is essential that you have supported a HR team previously.
