Office & Facilities Officer (Temp to Perm) W1 £32,000+EXC BENS

International Higher Education Organisation seek an experienced Office Manager to manage the facilities, maintenance and services of a partly serviced building providing facilities support to a team of approximately 150 staff.

Duties include: Liaising with the landlord to manage leases, manage compliance for all Health & Safety issues and day to day maintenance of 3 floors, manage supplier contracts and best rates, manage the receptionist and oversee front of house and meeting rooms, Be the first point of contact for all office IT help desk issues and liaise with the external IT provider to resolve any technical issues, manage facilities and office budgets.

The successful candidate must be degree educated, hold the necessary H&S certificates to lead H&S compliance, IT savvy , with strong reporting and budget experience along with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Immediate start is essential !!!!!!!
