NO 2 PA TO EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CO-FOUNDERS OF TRAVEL SPORTS GROUP, £35K 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright Graduate looking to build her career as a PA and has the drive and ambition to work as an Assistant PA in the CEO's Office of one of London's fastest growing Entrepreneurial businesses in the Sports and Leisure industry.  As Assistant to the Executive Assistant you will assist in strategically managing ever changing diaries, coordinating workloads, priorities and tasks with the CEO's office play an important role in the increased efficiency of the CEO and CCO.   You will assist in preparing the Board Meeting Packs each week, and follow through with any action points from these meetings within the company.  You will be the first contact point for the CEO's office, handle all office administration under the guidance and mentorship of the Executive Assistant.  This fast growing Group of Sports Companies of over 200 staff are incentivised by various internal events and away-days which you will begin to take ownership of again under the guidance of the EA, and so an interest in Events & PR would be a real benefit here as you will have regular liaison with PR firms and journalists as the business is growing and expanding.  You will have access to highly confidential information, and be the contact point for all the departments within the Group from HR to Legal and Finance. This is essentially a role for a growing PA who is at the beginning of her career but has the confidence to work as an Assistant at CEO and Senior Management level in a young, fun and highly entrepreneurial Travel & Leisure Group.  Interviewing now - immediate starters welcome.
