An international insurance company with a positive working culture is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their HR team and use your strong organisational skills gained from your work experience to date. Supporting the life cycle process following the recruitment team, this role will make full use of your exceptional administration skills, ideally within HR gained to date. This is a wonderful opportunity to work within a highly supportive team and work in stunning offices with a wraparound view of London.
This friendly and driven team with a passion for the people within the business are seeking a hugely motivated administrator with demonstrable experience of handling volumes of work. This role will be varied and constant and they rely heavily on the person in this role to support them. You responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the conduit between the recruitment and operations team ensuring that records are accurately maintained and ensuring that both are kept in the loop with all activity
- Supporting with setting up interviews during high recruitment times
- Ensuring all record keeping is accurate and that all PSL agency agreements are in place.
- Own the invoicing for the Recruitment team and handling all queries from external agencies and within the business
- Coordinate the annual work experience programme ensuring that all parties involved with are kept updated and feel engaged
- Being the super user of the recruitment system; handling all queries, supporting training and managing updates
- Manage and support with any job descriptions for new starters
- Ensuring that all contracts are sent to candidates, whether sourced internally or note, within 48 hours
- Supporting the initial on boarding of candidates before passing onto HR colleagues
- Ensure that any temporary worker details are logged, updated and on boarded
- Assist with reporting for starters and leavers and managing contract extensions when required
You are currently working in a hugely logistical, ideally HR administrator role who takes great pleasure in multi tasking across several projects at the same time. You would welcome the chance to use your excellent communication skills on a daily basis and want to work within a team that works collaboratively and is used to juggling multiple deadlines.
