Executive Assistant - temporary - £20-22 per hour - Paddington, London

Who will you be working for?

What does the role consist of?
This is an incredibly busy and intense Executive Assistant role that primarily involves complex UK and international diary management - You will be coordinating the schedule, travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for the Senior Vice President, working as part of a dedicated team working with a range of well recognised clients and ensuring all tasks at hand are completed smoothly.
What will the successful candidate be like?
We are looking for someone who is has experience working for a global organisation supporting a senior member of staff at the highest level. Experience in coordinating international travel and complex diary management over multiple times zones in crucial to fulfilling the needs of tis role. This role required exceptional level of organisation and attention to detail as well as unparalleled enthusiasm, pro-activity and professionalism at all times.
Other duties/responsibilities;
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, including room bookings, catering and guest registration and collections
- Ordering of stationary and anticipate need for supplies
- Arrange weekly team meetings and team building events
- Build peer relationships and collaborate frequently in a supportive and positive manner
SAP experience required!
Minimum Qualification required is a Bachelors Degree.
