Senior Temporary Staff Services Consultant Salary - £30,000-£35,000 plus bonus West London
We are a market leading provider of temporary staff solution to the luxury retail and fashion market.
To further develop our established business we are seeking an experienced business to business services professional to deliver staffing services to the luxury retail market.
The successful candidate will have had previous practical experience in managing a busy customer services team, ideally but not essentially will have some experience in the delivery of recruitment solutions and will be able to communicate and evidence exceptional customer service skills.
Reporting to the Temp Division Manager, the key accountabilities of the role will be to:
- Achieve order fulfilment targets in line with the overall objectives of the temp business
- Develop and manage client service standards of excellence
- Manage other members of staff to utilise their expertise in delivering exceptional service
- Prioritise workload across a team of 5.
- Be responsible for attracting the right calibre of temporary staff to meet our clients needs and expectations
- Identify opportunities for future or additional offerings
- Become an expert in recruiting, assessing and delivering exceptional staff in a competitive marketplace
- Be a strong advocate of the business benefits in having a flexible staffing solutions
- Work with the team in the procurement and fulfilment of client campaigns
Candidates should have:
- Proven experience of managing or supervising a busy team with the ability to prioritise
- Track record of developing and motivating a team
- A basic knowledge of recruitment services
- Strong influencing, social and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial business understanding and acumen
- Consultative style to engage clients, candidates and team members
