Entry Level Receptionist - Corporate

City of London £10.00-£15.00 per hour

One of my clients, a prestigious financial services organisation, is seeking a Receptionist / Meeting Room Assistant to prepare all rooms in advance of meetings, and to assist in clearing rooms once meetings have ended.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting all guests and visitors, and acting as the Ambassador based at the Front of House Reception area
  • Preparing refreshments, to include Tea, Coffee and water/juices, as well as biscuits, sandwiches and finger buffets
  • Making all items look presentable for HNW individuals and clients
  • Assisting in service refreshments
  • Setting up seating and tables, and light dining/buffet area presentation
  • Assist in laying out items for meetings such as reports, meeting packs, leaflets and journals
  • Dealing with any requests from meeting attendees

    Candidates MUST have corporate meeting room / General Assistant experience within a corporate setting.

    Hours are 08:30 to 17:30 with occasional different shifts at 08:00 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 18:00.

    This position is a permanent role within modern offices in the heart of London’s City.
