Office Assistant required for an independent accountancy based in Bethnal Green who specialise in providing a range of professional financial services to their clients.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual who can provide administrative support to the team and who is attentive to office responsibilities.
Utilising your Microsoft Office skills and office experience you will provide diary management support to the director as well as additional support to the rest of the team which will require multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritise.
You will need to be proactive and independent in order to work alongside a team and to ensure that all office administration tasks are complete. As you will be working with a team you must have very good communication skills and able to build relationships.

- Producing a range of documentation for clients from templates, dictation and copy typing
- Diary management for the director
- Being the first point of contact for IT/Phone issues and escalating to engineers when required
- Ordering stationery
- Managing supplier’s relationships
- Answering calls
- Invoicing
- Supporting a wider team of 6
- Training is provided to assist with more involved duties.
