Bilingual technical customer support (Dutch, German, Brazilian)

TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE CONSULTANT/Technical support role (Dutch or German or Brazilian Portuguese)
SALARY : £10 per hour (which is £11.21 including holiday pay ) ( this is equivalent to £23k per annum if you were to become permanent)
LOCATION: West London (Shepherds Bush)
SECTOR : Music and media
HOURS: 9am-6pm Monday -Friday
Length of Booking3 month temp assignment from Sept until December 2017
Language required : Fluent Dutch or German or Brazilian Portuguese
LANGUAGES REQUIRED : English, German OR Brazilian Portuguese

The Role
Bilingual Technical Customer Service
*Providing top flight customer services role via email, and an in-house software CRM system
*Helping customers with technical enquiries
*Dealing with billing enquiries
*Cancelling subscriptions to the App
*Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice
*Deal with complaints and escalations
*Order processing on the in-house software system
*Liaise with the various internal departments
*Assisting the Finance Department with customers on security checks (calls or emails) and any accounting enquiries and flag accounting issues raised by customers
ESSENTIAL SKILLS /REQUIREMENTS
*IT help desk background and customer services experience
*Fluent Dutch, German or Brazilian Portuguese
*A love of music and media
*Happy to commit to work till end of December 2017
