Bilingual Content Ad Review Associate

Are you fluent in another language and looking for a new and exciting opportunity in Dublin where you can use your language skills?

Our client, a Global Management Consultancy are seeking a bilingual individual (fluent in English and either French, Russian, German, Italian, Turkish, Czech, Spanish or Dutch) to review content on the internet to make sure it adheres to the client's policies.

Duties will include processing and reviewing accounts that have been flagged for review for potentially sensitive content, validating, investigating and responding to inquiries of an urgent and sensitive nature within established guidelines, understanding and performing content reviews under client supervision for International and Domestic cases following as well as other activities assigned by the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience in a professional work environment and be fluent in English and either French, Russian, German, Italian, Turkish, Czech, Spanish or Dutch.
