Office Assistant/PA for Boutique Office.
An international shipping company is seeking an Office Coordinator/PA to join their beautiful boutique offices in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with previous administrative/office coordinator experience to join a dynamic and busy team. As you will be joining a small office, personality fit is key! They are looking for someone personable, outgoing, bright and adaptable to join their international team. Ensuring the smooth running of the office, this role will include meeting and greeting guests and clients, being the first point of contact for all communication, arranging ad hoc international travel, ensuring that all stock is ordered, in addition to accounting administration, invoicing, HR Administration, as well as handling company documentation. This role provides scope for really getting involved in what the company does. The successful candidate will have a degree or an equivalent qualification, in addition to a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills and immaculate presentation.
