Fantastic opportunity to take on a far more Creative Office Manager role with the potential to grow the role towards a more Production orientated position working on some of the most spectacular PR installations and campaigns within a multi-award winning PR Agency crowned Agency of the year by PR week !  This News Headline grabbing Agency create iconic campaigns that capture the imagination within TV, Films and some of the most successful British brands.  They promote and represent these brands producing viral videos, photography and spectacular outdoor installations and unmissable events.  The Agency collaborate with networks of Artists, Theatrical Prop Builders, Photographers, Writers, and Film Makers to create the most inspirational creative campaigns inspiring people to action !  Your role is a pivotal one as the "GO-TO" person in this wonderful Agency where every day is different, with 20 or so projects always on the go at any one time and a headcount of 30 highly creative and talented staff to look after and make sure they have everything they need to perform their role well.  You will look after the security of the office, office management and maintenance, front of house management (although there is no official Reception) help support all Recruitment Drives and Graduate Work Placements, deal with the IT issues (with the support of an off-site IT provider), review and implement the Health and Safety policy, review supplier agreements.  This Agency builds roles around people and the more hungry and passionate you are about stepping up the more you will be rewarded.  INTERVIEWING NOW - YOU COULD NOT FIND A MORE CREATIVE AND INSPIRING OFFICE TO WORK IN.
