Legal PA - Finance

Owen Reed are recruiting for a Legal PA to join a top law firm in London.  The Legal PA will work within the Finance - Capital Markets group.  The Legal PA will provide high quality secretarial, organisational and administrative support to two partners and a team of fee earners.

Key Responsibilities of the Legal PA
Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating (or identifying alternative contacts) as appropriate.
Build an understanding of the nature of the fee earners' work, 
Produce long, accurate complex house-style documents, manuscript amends, audio dictation and document comparisons. 
Organise and prioritise workload and keep a level-headed approach
Build a network of strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Diary management
Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages.
Accurate and regular maintenance of filing systems
Provide cover for others in the team as requested.
Preparing and producing bills
Organise travel arrangements 
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
