Description

The role of Luxury Fashion Administrator will entail:

- Interacting with people interested in buying and selling their goods

- Answering the telephones and dealing with enquires

- Answer all customer queries

- Keeping the website up to date

- Using magento and other systems to ensure all products have a correct description and are uploaded with pictures to the site

- Managing inventory - using excel and other systems

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Luxury Fashion Administrator will:

• Have experience working with excel
• ideally have magento experience
• will be able to work in a small team
• be able to commute to Chelsea
• ideally come from a luxury background
• high command of the English language
