Insurance PA – supporting the EA to CEO

£25,000 - £30,000

High end insurance company, looking for a professional experienced Personal Assistant. This is fantastic opportunity for an ambitious PA with insurance experience to be a part of a well-recognised and respected organisation. You will be based in a friendly professional office in Central London. 

You will provide secretarial and admin support to the EA and the CEO , manage and coordinate travel arrangements and produce itineraries, production of documentation such as PowerPoint presentations and word documents, organise meeting arrangements  and deal with all expenses.

The role will involve:

The provision of general secretarial support to the “reporting to” group as above, and the associated teams e.g. letters, documentation, presentations, meeting arrangements, etc.

Responsible for ensuring accurate up to date recording of holiday, sickness and general absences within the “reporting to” group.

Maintaining and accurately updating all of the filing systems.

Arranging meetings, collating necessary paperwork and updating diaries.

Dealing with both external and internal calls and enquiries.

Processing and recording of expenses.

Champions the company values and works in accordance with the organisational behaviours.

Providing cover for absences of other Personal Assistants within the group.  

Opening, recording and distributing post.

Plus ad hoc tasks as required. 

Ideally you will have sound knowledge (intermediate and above) of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Experienced in managing multiple diaries.

Has a typing speed of +65wpm.

Demonstrable Executive Personal Assistant experience preferably in insurance or financial services sector.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minute taking skills.

Excellent organisational skills  

Works well in a team environment, showing confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail.
