Executive Assistant £16-18ph - Ongoing Temp - Regents Park - London

Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. Working with one of the Royal Colleges in London, this is a chance to get involved in an interesting and complex part of the organisation, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the future Hospital programme.

Who will you be working for?

Their office location is in the prime sightseeing hub of Regents Park, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks including the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. You will be based in their new office complex in a historically important part of London, where tourists and locals alike fill the immaculately maintained streets. This is an excellent location in order to achieve a great work life balance.

As one of the Royal Colleges in London, their focus is on training, research, quality and advice for its vast member base in the health sector. They are an academic institution with a passion for increasing the standards of healthcare provision in the U.K.

Responsibilities/duties;

  • Manage diaries and meeting for senior managers in order to set up high profile meetings
  • Note taking within meetings, and follow up regarding actions
  • Manage all aspects of financial administration related to budgets for the department including; monitoring spend on a number of accounts, monthly reconciliation and account variance reporting
  • Provide administrative support for a range of departmental meetings
  • Manage the induction process of all new staff
  • Efficiently organise, manage and monitor office supplies
