Paralegal/Team Assistant

Are you an experienced Paralegal/Team Assistant?  Do you have experience within a litigation department? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-known London City law firm close to St. Pauls tube, supporting four partners.

Ideally you should have worked within a legal/professional environment and possess excellent word-processing and typing skills.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Dealing and assisting with client enquiries as required
• Undertaking certain elements of fee-earning work including case handling under supervision File creating
• Prepare TT forms and searches
• Generating suitable correspondence
• Attending clients meetings
• Drafting documents

The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent client care, you must be resilient, able to use your own initiative and have positive can-do attitude.
