An extremely successful global investment firm are looking for an EA to join their team of PA's/EA's.  You will need to have plenty of gravitas along with a charming/confident manner. As part of this role you will be organising 3 global Events which will include liaising with Senior Personnel/Guests worldwide so you will need to have plenty of gravitas along with excellent interpersonal skills. Your organisational and IT skills will be second to none and you will be used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment.  Typical EA duties will include; managing busy diaries, organising international and domestic travel arrangements, acting as a gatekeeper, preparing presentations, expenses and preparation of meeting materials and other documents.  Fantastic firm who - encourage work/life balance, training and development. You will have 3 + years of previous PA/EA experience at a senior level within with Financial Services sector and you MUST have experience suporting an international team and have the ability to work across different time zones and with demanding travel schedules.  This is a great company, growing organically, moving next year - a busy and exciting time to join.
