Our client, a boutique insurance brokers, are looking or an Administrator / Secretary to join their team. We are looking for an Administrator with knowledge of Audio-Typing - this is essential.

This role is temp to perm! You will need to be immediately available. 

As the Administrator and Secretary for the office, you will be the 'go to' person therefore you will need to be able to use your initiative and hit the ground running.

Administrator / Secretary duties include: 

  • Audio Typing: letters and emails 
  • Meeting and greeting clients 
  • Making teas / coffees for clients 
  • Monitor info emails 
  • Scanning and filing documents 
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, transferring calls 
  • Ordering stationery and supplies for the office, ensure stationery is well stocked
  • Dealing with post
  • Assisting with IT issues 
  • Draft and send letters to clients 
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks 

This would suit someone who has done a professional qualification such as ILEX. We are looking for someone with excellent grammar, polished and confident.
