Property / Facilities Manager for Slick Financial Institution

A top hedgefund is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to come and work for them. This role will involve both office and private home management, so we need a candidate who can represent the family / company well and is a fantastic opportunity for a great candidate.

Duties will include:

• Responsible for the maintenance on all the properties including liaising with relevant contractors
• Responsible for all the Health and Safety on the buildings including routine inspections
• Conduct effective monitoring of vendors and budgets
• Prepare timely and accurate reports and analysis for management information
