Junior generalist HR Advisor needed for exciting new opening within a highly successful luxury goods business. Joining a small HR team of 3 people, you will be the first point of contact within the business for a wide range of day to day HR issues. It is therefore essential that the chosen candidate is able to communicate effectively at all levels and across teams and functions and is able to competently apply their HR knowledge and understanding of HR processes within a business context.

The role is also responsible for the accurate processing of all HR, payroll and benefits related administration and for providing support to both internal and external recruitment processes, induction planning and training coordination. Attention to detail and an organised approach are both essential.

A new opening, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their HR career. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience, ideally gained within a generalist position. Everything HR related is dealt with in-house in this company, so you need to be happy to get involved in everything particularly being a back up for the Payroll side of things which is currently dealt with by only one person. A confident, outgoing and proactive personality is also essential.

Please note - this role is based in NW10 -

 So you must be happy to commute/live locally to Hangar Lane/North Acton/Willesden Junction/ Park Royal.

The company does have a car park.

A CIPD Qualification is preferable but not essential.
