The individual in this role will provide organisational PA/administrative support to the HR team to manage the highly varied and critical operational aspects of the full lifecycle of HR activity across the business.

You will get to make the most out of being part of an evolving team of passionate HR professionals who support a business full to the brim of smart and intelligent individuals.

 Your role will involve a broad range of critical business support activity including:

  • Managing the administration process to support our highlight skilled people including onboarding administration, people records and day to day support
  • Managing and maintain the full range of HR documentation and people records
  • Managing HR team meetings  
  • Providing detailed monthly management reports
  • Collate and file internal reports
  • Maintaining the annual HR budget and spend tracking including purchase orders
  • Creating and formatting key HR documents including job descriptions, presentations and spreadsheets
  • Ensuring that calls/emails and requests into the HR team are dealt with professionally and diligently 

We are looking for the following in an individual:

  • Ideally educated to university standard
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. An eye for detail ensuring employee related communication is accurate and easy to understand
  • Able to interact with all areas of the business to understand their HR needs
  • Trustworthy and discrete with an ability to empathise with individuals but also maintain a firm line when required
  • A driven individual with a desire to seek and continually improve processes and levels of support
  • Competent with MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint
