Senior EA - Boutique Financial Services

A global Private Investment firm with a powerful presence in the industry is looking for an Executive Assistant supporting 1:2 senior partners and an office team. The Executive Assistant must have a background in the financial sector and be accustomed to terminology. You will be managing several diaries, getting involved in presentations and dealing with confidential matters. The EA will be required to maintain a professional level at all times, working with accuracy, efficiency and initiative. While you will be performing at a top level we are looking for an EA with a fantastic attitude who can happily cover reception and lend a hand to other Pas.
