Team Assistant - Munich

A global firm based in Munich are looking for a Team Assistant. You must be based in Munich, speak fluent German and have a good level of English. In this role, you will be the first point of call in your team for both clients and employees, organising meetings, meeting and greeting, managing inboxes, formatting documents and presentations as well as general office duties.

They are looking for someone who is proficient with MS Office and has an extremely high attention to details. You must be confident, friendly and polished. You will be of graduate calibre, preferably with experience having worked in a similar role/environment.
