We have a fantastic Receptionist role at a philanthropic investment firm in Farringdon. In really cool offices with a young dynamic team, you would definitely feel like a valued member of this company who believe that every person has the potential to make a difference.
You would be supporting two senior members of staff, who are both very busy individuals with differing personalities from the Intellectual Capital team as well as providing general office support.
You will be working closely with the admin team to ensure the seamless office operations and will be an integral part of the business as their front of house ambassador, welcoming visitors and assisting with staff events and general housekeeping. You will be kept busy scheduling meetings and conferences across multiple time zones, as well as diary management with internal and external colleagues. You will also be coordinating domestic and international travel, securing visas and managing monthly expense report for senior staff.
They are looking for a team player who is strong at multi-tasking, prioritizing and decision making. You will have bundles of common sense, passion, humility and a high spirited sense of humour – someone who is proactive, has the attitude that no job is too small and takes pride in their work will do well here.
This is a temp to perm role and you would be rewarded with a competitive salary. The core hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm.
