A highly regarded professional services organisation based in Chelmsford are looking for a HR Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with some administration experience and an interest in HR to gain exposure to various areas within HR in a supportive, collaborative environment. The role will include:

  • Arrange the Induction programme for all new joiners and ensuring that new joiner review standards are met
  • Administer training, book external courses and provide joining instructions for attendees
  • Attend and assist with agency briefings and job briefings from internal stakeholders to assist with the recruitment including arranging interviews.
  • Regularly check post, prepare and despatch outgoing/internal mail
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and queries and relay message
  • Monitor and respond to the HR Admin mailbox

Candidates will require:

  • Previous administration experience in professional services environment
  • Ability to work at speed and balance a wide range of activities at any one time and at short notice
  • Highly professional with strong client facing skills and an ability to forge strong and lasting internal relationships
  • Committed, enthusiastic and innovative
  • An interest in HR, with a CIPD qualification desirable
  • Strong Microsoft office skills across all packages
