TV Production company, require a resilient and experienced Office Manager to join them on a 6 month FTC.
This role will ensure the smooth running of a Production Office, duties include:
- Managing Health & Safety Issues
- Overseeing Maintenance and general upkeep of the office and equipment
- Overseeing stationary orders
- Line-managing a team of junior staff, ensuring development where possible
- Recruitment of any junior staff
- Inducting new starters
- Organising operations meetings with department heads
- Managing petty cash
- Organising staff social events
- Supporting with any ad-hoc administrative and production duties
You'll remain personable at all times, and be the 'go-to' person for all office requirements.
Please note this role is based in West London.
