Persoanl Assistant- Roadshows

Trade Floor PA- Investment Banking- City- £17-£20 per hour

We are looking for a proactive, switched on and enthusiastic Trade Floor PA to work within a Global Investment Bank based in the City. The Trade Floor PA will be working with in the Global Banking and Markets department where you will be supporting a a team of 7, the ideal candidate will be assisting with Roadshows within this team so event/roadshow planning is desired but not essential. This role is based on a trade floor so is going to be very busy and demanding so you will need to be able to word under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience of:

• Arranging Worldwide and UK travel
• Processing Expenses
• Event/Roadshowing planning
• Extensive diary management
• Screening incoming calls and relaying accurate messages
• Arrange conference calls
• Invoice Processing
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Ad hoc duties
• We will require the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail and be able to deal with all requests efficiently and accurately. MS office skills are essential.

   

  The working hours are 7:30am-5pm
