Payroll
· Updating payroll system with monthly payroll
· 320 monthly pay rolled employees
· First point of contact for all queries
· Processing starters, leavers & salary amendments
· Processing relevant ad hoc, monthly, and annual inland rev forms
· All admin for pension scheme
HR
· Updating HR system with employee details
· Conducting new starter inductions
· Making sure all training records are up to date
· Minute taking at disciplinary & grievance meetings
· Monitoring absences
Please only apply for this role if you are compentate in running payroll end to end and have at least 1-2 years experience.
