Team Assistant - Fab Outdoor Ads Agency (FTC)

We’re working with an awesome Outdoor Advertising agency, who are looking for a Team Assistant to join their buzzy Central London offices. This is a 6-12 month FTC, supporting one of their creative media accounts. It will be a demanding role but you will be working with like-minded creatives in a really exciting culture!

Your typical Team Assistant duties will include inputting data into databases, and using the data carefully in relation to campaigns. You will collate info into various formats including PowerPoint presentations, to present to your team. You will help generally with administrative support for your team along the course of campaigns. You’ll keep up to date with industry news and present it in regular meetings and using social media.

You must be super organised, and have great attention to detail. You must have EITHER 6-12 months’ experience in an administrative position, or have a degree, ideally within a creative field. You must be methodical, analytical and able to pick up new systems with ease. Most importantly you must have a positive mindset and a sociable personality!
